On May 1, the Peace expedition to USA of the People’s Democracy Party and Party of Communists USA attended the May Day rally on Washington DC.
The rally was held in support of Palestine.
The speaker stressed the importance of the solidarity between the US workers and the Palestinian people.
He emphasized that the workers in each workplace who support Palestine have to gather and come together.
After the demonstration in Franklin Park, the participants marched through the White House to George Washington University, where the students established an encampment demanding to divest any companies that are advancing Israel’s military efforts in Palestine.
